1. Introduction and Operating Entity

Welcome to TrekTidy (the "Site"), accessible at trektidy.shop. TrekTidy is an independent specialist retailer focused on travel packing and organization gear from trusted brands including Eagle Creek, Gonex, and Bagail. Our storefront is operated by Cedarwood Commerce Group LLC, an independent e-commerce operating company based at 7319 Cedarwood Court, Austin, TX 78759, United States. Cedarwood Commerce Group LLC manages the day-to-day operations of the TrekTidy storefront, including curating and sourcing products, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing support, privacy, and compliance functions.

TrekTidy is an independent multi-brand specialist. We are not the official brand store for Eagle Creek, Gonex, or Bagail, and we do not claim to be. We are an authorized reseller of genuine products from these brands. Nothing on this Site implies endorsement or affiliation from these brands beyond our role as an authorized reseller.

2. Site Use and Eligibility

By accessing or using the TrekTidy Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any purchase and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, if you create an account, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Catalog Information and Product Descriptions

We strive to display accurate product information, including specifications, dimensions, materials, and included components. Each product listing begins with the brand's official specifications or equivalent supplier documentation. We verify key specifications before a product goes live and update listings if brand documentation changes.

We carry a curated catalog of approximately 428 products from Eagle Creek, Gonex, and Bagail. While we aim to keep all information current, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a discrepancy between a product listing and the actual product received, our returns policy (Section 8) applies.

4. Pricing and Promotions

All prices on the Site are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices vary across brands and may change over time. Wholesale prices from different suppliers differ, and we also run seasonal promotions to move inventory or highlight new arrivals.

How we keep prices competitive: Our focused online retail model, direct sourcing from authorized brand supply chains, and low-overhead digital operations allow us to offer competitive prices. We purchase volume across our product pool to negotiate favorable wholesale rates, work with suppliers who sell genuine products directly from manufacturing or distribution channels, and plan inventory carefully to avoid surplus stock. We do not ask brands to subsidize discounts, and a discount never changes our quality bar — every product, whether full price or on sale, is held to the same authenticity and condition standards.

Promotional codes: From time to time, we offer promotional codes such as TREKTIDY10, which provides 10% off eligible items. Promotions are funded by the savings generated from our sourcing and operating model. Eligibility for a given code follows the rules stated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on the Site, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, issues with payment verification, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal

Your payment will be processed securely at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may verify the validity of payment information before processing your order.

7. Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard shipping: $8.00 per order
• Free shipping: Available on all orders over $45.00

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• You must contact our support team at support@trektidy.shop to initiate a return and receive return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, incorrect, or inauthentic (see Section 11).

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. The original shipping cost is not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage for the products we sell follows the product information and support guidance provided by the respective brand (Eagle Creek, Gonex, or Bagail). For specific warranty questions, please contact us at support@trektidy.shop and we will direct you to the appropriate brand warranty process. We do not extend or modify brand warranties.

10. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

Our promise: Every product sold through this store is genuine and authentic. We buy only from authorized distributors, brand-approved wholesalers, and trusted supply channels that provide a clear paper trail. Our supplier agreements require them to guarantee product authenticity and traceability. We run random inspections on inbound inventory, checking zipper smoothness, stitching consistency, material feel, and packaging. Items that fail inspection are returned to the supplier or disposed of — never offered to customers.

If you have an authenticity concern: We encourage you to check your product against the images and specifications on our site when you receive it. Authentic products typically include brand logos, model numbers, and hang tags. If anything looks different from what you ordered, contact us with the following information:

• Your order number and email address
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, tags, and any serial/model numbers
• A brief explanation of the authenticity concern

Our review process:

1. We confirm the order exists in our system and locate the product batch.
2. Our quality assurance team examines the photos and may request additional details.
3. We verify against our sourcing records and brand guidelines.
4. We send you the outcome and any refund/replacement instructions.

Remedy: If an item is proven to be inauthentic, we will give you a full refund and cover the cost of returning the item to us. We aim to resolve authenticity claims within five business days after receiving all required information. If a request is not resolved within three business days, it is escalated to our support manager.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, and software, is the property of TrekTidy, Cedarwood Commerce Group LLC, or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent. Brand names, logos, and product names of Eagle Creek, Gonex, and Bagail are the property of their respective owners and are used on this Site solely for identification and descriptive purposes in connection with our authorized resale of genuine products.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems. You agree not to interfere with the proper working of the Site, including but not limited to transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code. You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written permission.

13. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We make every effort to keep the Site available and fully functional, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the Site for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cedarwood Commerce Group LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; or (c) any products purchased through the Site. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any purchase made through it shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You waive any objection to the venue of such courts.
